With extensive background from running and creating computer systems, Øxnes holds experience from both computer science and business development. From being CTO and leading Ringnes ASA’s largest Internet project, he successfully founded NetClient AS in 2003, delivering hosting services for Internet based services.

Buvik has over eight years' experience with programming, and have for many of them been working on distributed systems, information retrieval and large data managing problems. During his studies at NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) he worked in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences (IDI) computer management and user support department.

Galåen is an expert programmer, and has several good rankings from the NWERC finals (Northwestern European Programming Contest). He has a Masters Degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Norwegian University og Science and Technology (NTNU), and has particular experience in search engines and text mining.

Rustad is a serial entrepreneur. He is a trained engineer from HIT and economist from Norwegian School of Management. Rustad is the founder and CEO of 24SevenOffice, a company founded in 1996. The company was one of the first players to apply AJAX based web applications and has today become Europe's leading web based business system. The company has more than 8000 users worldwide. He is also investor and co-founder of several companies dedicated to search technology, telecom, offshore, accounting, hosting and real estate.

Investment analyst at Kistefos. Prior to joining Kistefos, Holme was an equity analyst at Carnegie, where he analyzed Norwegian small cap IT and technology stocks. Holme holds an MSc from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an MSc from London School of Economics.

Aaberg is the CEO of Paradial AS. He was previously director of business development, channel sales and solution services at Fast Search & Transfer (FAST). Aaberg holds MS and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.
